At Southview Animal Hospital, we welcome new clients and patients! Our team works diligently to stay on top of the latest diagnostics, treatments, and comprehensive care to maintain your pet’s health. What to Expect:
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly client service representatives. They will check you in and lead you to a private exam room where a member of the medical staff will meet you and your pet.
Depending on the type of appointment, either a veterinary technician or a veterinarian will start by asking about your pet’s medical history and the reason for your visit.
The veterinarian will examine your pet and may recommend diagnostics if applicable. If they are needed, tests will be run and a veterinarian will go over the results and discuss possible treatment plans for your pet.
You will have our full attention to ask as many questions as you like. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with the information being provided and you understand the plan.
After the appointment, one of our client service representatives will be able to check you out and schedule a follow-up if needed.
