Limitations of Our Services

While we are equipped for many emergencies, we are not able to accommodate cases requiring:

Specialist Care – We do not provide all specialty services such as neurology, oncology, ophthalmology. If your pet requires a specialist service that we do not provide, we can refer you to a trusted provider.

24-Hour Doctor Monitoring – While we offer overnight nursing care and an on-call doctor, we do not have a veterinarian physically on-site 24/7.
