Ariel has been with Southview since 2018. She has a bachelor's degree in animal science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She has special interests in urgent care and emergency surgery. Her favorite aspect about Southview is how every day there is always something new to learn. Outside of Southview, Ariel loves to travel all around Minnesota to barrel race with her horse Rooster. She also has two rambunctious kitties, Izzy, and Ramsey. Outside of her animals, Ariel loves to read and watch football. Skol Vikings! She also enjoys traveling and has most recently been to the Dominican Republic and Portugal. She has a goal to go to all 50 states (currently at 43).
