Anika was born and raised in Minnesota and joined the team at Southview Animal Hospital in the winter of 2022. She went to the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where she studied Animal Science. She has applied to veterinary school in hopes of continuing her education in the field. Anika has 4 years of veterinary experience, including general practice, emergency, exotic animals, and equine medicine. Her favorite aspect of the job is getting to know and interact with clients and their pets. Anika has one cat at home named Chubby. In her free time, she enjoys bringing Chubby on walks, traveling, working on puzzles, and trying new foods.
