Originally from Northern Central Minnesota, Ellie is a passionate pre-vet student at the University of Minnesota, entering her senior year. A proud dog mom to Honey—a high-energy border collie mixed rescue pup—she brings her love for animals to work every day. When she’s not at Southview or in class, you’ll find her outdoors running, hiking, or exploring parks with Honey by her side. 

She also fosters dogs, volunteers regularly with local shelters and rescue organizations, and is always looking for ways to help animals in need. With a big heart, boundless energy, and a naturally extroverted personality, Ellie loves connecting with both pets and their people. When she gets a quiet moment, she enjoys reading, shopping, and dreaming about the future veterinary career she’s working so hard to build.
