Jamey graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a BS in Cellular and Organismal Physiology and a minor in Wildlife Care and Handling. She has previously spent time working at wildlife rehabilitation centers, small animal hospitals, and in research related to the veterinary field. She is applying to veterinary school in hopes of becoming a wildlife veterinarian. She’s a huge animal lover and has yet to meet an animal she doesn’t love! Her favorite part of working in the veterinary field is interacting with the many different personalities of individual animals. Outside of vet med, she enjoys running, baking and taking care of her many house plants!
